According to most major news outlets the speech is set to begin at 8 pm. Around that time, the eastern horizon in Washington DC will be in early Aries, with Mercury setting in the west, which turned retrograde just a couple of days ago. As I’ve discussed before in this blog, Obama appears to be in his element when Mercury is retrograde.
